how do i retrieve my password if i can log into my game and i forgot my password but i tried everything and i cant get into the game. any advice wuld be great.

Are you sure you forgot it? Your account might have been hacked.

You have to go the standard rout

Contact support and prove by any means you can that you are the owner of the game.

Sooner you email them sooner you will be back playing.
